In addition to traditional counseling services, I also offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions for individuals interested in exploring deeper levels of awareness and personal insight. QHHT is a guided hypnosis process developed by Dolores Cannon that helps individuals access their subconscious mind in a relaxed state. During a session, clients may explore memories, symbolic experiences, or inner perspectives that can provide insight into life patterns, emotional experiences, and personal growth. These sessions are offered as a self-exploration experience and are separate from psychotherapy services.
