I ask that you contact your insurance carrier (the number is on the back of your card or look on their website and log into your account) to verify your coverage. Here are the questions to ask:
* Does my deductible apply to mental/behavioral health care?
* What is my co-pay?
* How many sessions am I allowed a year?
* Can I see an out of network provider and still use my insurance?
