About Me
A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You
I’m so excited to share that I now offer Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions—an incredible journey inward, designed to help you access your deepest wisdom, healing, and guidance. Please note that QHHT is not covered by insurance and is a private-pay service.
QHHT was developed by the late Dolores Cannon, a pioneer in past life regression and metaphysical exploration. Her method gently guides you into a deeply relaxed state, allowing access to the subconscious mind where profound insights, healing, and even answers to life’s biggest questions can emerge.
Ever since I was young, I’ve been drawn to understanding people—who they are, what they carry, and where they’re going. That curiosity led me to study psychotherapy and dedicate my life to supporting others through healing, especially in the areas of childhood trauma, abuse, and personal transformation.
As a licensed psychotherapist in the greater Tulsa area, I offer a compassionate, grounded space where your voice matters and your story is honored. I use approaches like talk therapy, EMDR, CPT, and CBT to help you process and reshape the experiences that impact your life. Therapy, at its best, is a partnership—you are always in control, and I’m here to walk beside you with care and understanding.
In Spring 2024, I felt a strong call to expand my practice and study QHHT. It has opened a new and beautiful way to help others connect with their higher self, explore past lives, and gain clarity on their soul’s purpose.
If you feel a nudge or curiosity about QHHT, trust that feeling. I’d be honored to support you in discovering the answers that already live within you.
