About Me

A Licensed Professional Here to Guide You

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to be on a career path that would allow me to make a difference in people’s lives; I wanted to understand why people do what they do; I wanted to understand who they are, where they are going, etc. This curiosity eventually led me to study psychotherapy. From there, I found interest in the long-term impact of childhood maltreatment, sexual assault, and trauma.

As a licensed Psychotherapist in the greater Tulsa area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. I work diligently to help you find the answers you seek. Sometimes "talk therapy" is best for people working through their perceptions and experiences in therapy. Sometimes it is best to practice interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

It is essential for you to know you are in control of your work in therapy, and it is my job to understand these perceptions and experiences. Once we (you and I ) have that understanding, treatment is not so scary.
