Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
Developed by Dolores Cannon, QHHT is a guided hypnosis process designed to help individuals access insight and perspective from the subconscious mind. Many people seek these sessions to explore personal questions, gain clarity about life patterns, or connect with deeper levels of awareness.
During this portion of the session, individuals often gain perspectives about:

The experience of a QHHT Session
QHHT sessions are typically longer than traditional hypnosis sessions because they allow time for meaningful exploration. A session usually includes three phases:
Conversation and Preparation
We begin with an in-depth conversation about your life experiences, personal history, and the questions or intentions you would like to explore.
Guided Hypnosis
You are guided into a relaxed hypnotic state where exploration and insight may occur. Many people describe this as a peaceful and deeply calming experience.
Integration and Reflection
After the hypnosis portion, we discuss the insights and experiences that emerged during the session and how they may relate to your life.

No. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state of awareness. You remain conscious and aware throughout the experience.
Will I remember what happens?
Most individuals remember their session clearly. The experience often feels similar to a deeply relaxed meditation or daydream.
Do I have to believe in past lives?
No. Some individuals interpret their experiences as past-life memories, while others view them as symbolic insights from the subconscious mind. Both perspectives can be meaningful.
