About Me

I specialize in helping adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, or significant life stress find a path toward healing and emotional stability. My work focuses on creating a compassionate and supportive space where clients can process difficult experiences, develop healthier patterns, and reconnect with their sense of strength and self-trust. I have always been drawn to understanding people—who they are, what they carry, and how they heal. That curiosity led me to become a psychotherapist and dedicate my work to supporting individuals through trauma recovery and personal transformation. As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving the greater Tulsa area, I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and talk therapy to help clients process difficult memories, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. Therapy is a collaborative process. You are always in control of your journey, and my role is to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change ​
