I help adults who feel stuck in anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm reconnect with a sense of safety and control.
Using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I guide clients through processing difficult experiences and building lasting emotional stability.
